Job Description -
1. Analyze monthly and yearly with the team the TIV movements, mkt share, environment, etc.,
2. Deploy yearly sales plan, firm up the plans monthly and yearly, model wise, evolve score cards, develop dealer sales plan and communicate to dealer.
3. Responsible for Sales and PRF in the region across Product / application categories.
4. Ensure that Dealers' sales margins are retained by the Dealership as per Commercial Policy.
4.. Develop strong business relationship with Dealership Principals and Dealer's Management team and drive the sales.
5. Prepare sales promotions plan in consultation with dealer/financiers, aligned to Zones marketing pllan.
6.. Ensure there is no deviation to approved schemes,
7. Devise Marketing Activity plan and approve ads and promo material, and ensure reimbursement to dealer
7. Forecast demand, analyze stock levels, and indent to the Order Desk in Marketing HQ.
8. Allocate vehicles in case of supply constraint Review Vehicle billing, payment collection and accounting,
9.Verify margin money, dealer financing limits, complete month end reconciliation of accounts
10. Ensure sales infrastructure readiness for new product launch, monitor deployment of extra resources and training to personnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales for Construction
- Sales for Large Customer Accounts - Customer aquisition and Retention.
- Propose potential Large Accounts to Zonal Business Head for target LAc Portfolio.
- Responsible for ensuring that promised vehicle performance at the time of Sales is delivered/ established.
- Ensure any vehicle performance/ value delivery dispute with customer is addressed by Profitability Champion and secure solution on technical issues if any from Aftermarket.
- Influence the dealer principle to ensure Sales related infrastructure at Dealerships.
- Follow SHARP Sales Process and ensure implementation across the Regions and Areas.
- Ensure Dealer Principals and Dealer Sales Managers are driving SHARP Process.Drive through Sales Process Champions by undertaking workshops/training, hand holding, follow-up and monitoring, feedback at dealerships (Dealership Sales Head) with the particiption of Area Sales Managers.
