Job Profile:
- Must be experienced in selling of Valves and flow control business line.
- Market and Customer experience & exposure to Oil & Gas, Refining & Petrochemical and EPC contractors is a must
- Responsible for the Sales function of Automation Equipments (Valves) for the entire Northern Region.
- Develop and implement actions as per strategic plans & sales objectives.
- Provide sales forecasting for assigned customer base and set performance goals accordingly.
- Cooperate with Product Lines for development of products to suit market requirement.
- Report business development and activities to Indian/Global management as instructed
- Maintain close relationship with customers to determine their needs.
- Cooperation & development of sales channel partners.
- Monitors / Analysis competition activities and devises effective strategy to be ahead of them.
- Coordination with- Operation team, Finance team, Service team, Product Line,
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
Skills:
- A high level of computer skills is essential - Ms Excel, Word, PPT and Lotus Notes
