Regional Manager Sales (West)
Role: Will be responsible for the sales and marketing activities for West India for Aftermarket.
Company is a German MNC
CIRCA - Upto 18 lac pa.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidate must be a Graduate / Engineering Graduate (Preferably an MBA) having more than 10 years of experience of sales of Auto Components / ancillary and Auto Accessories,
- Candidates working with accessories companies OR established Auto Aftermarket companies may be given preference.
- He should be familiar with Western India, specially Maharashtra, Gujrat and MP.
JD
- To meet the business plan as per the expectation of the management and in alignment with the market potential/opportunity
- Assess, review, monitor, appointment of primary channel, Interact with channel partners, understand their needs and address problems / issues
- Generate business opportunities; ensure timely response and regular follow up in order to ensure regular order inflow.
- Financial parameters and statutory requirement of the channel partners to be maintained as per company policy
- Driving secondary Sales with effective tools and market development activities, competitors analysis,
- Handling after sales support including warranty and non-warranty issues as per company guidelines.
- Setting objectives of the individual employee, conducting timely performance reviews & feedbacks to create competency to achieve business objectives.
- Periodic Product demo /sales promotional activity with target objective and result
