About our Client - Our client is one of the global leaders in the automobile industry, with a massive presence in the ASIAPAC region. Having already established a significant market share in the Indian market, the client is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for its North India business.
Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring achievement of sales & trading profit budgets according to pre-assigned numbers.
- Identifying institutional clients and establish relationships with key decision makers
- Conceptualizing and implementing promotional events to increase brand awareness
- Ensuring timely collections and follow credit control norms of the organizations
- Managing and motivating the team members.
- Identifying key markets in terms of contribution to sales and demand growth.
- Able to analyze sales budget w.r.t expenses, revenue, profitability, net contribution, inventory, credit terms etc.
- In addition to this, you should be acquainted with the relevant legal and taxation regimes and other compliance issues.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate from a tier 1 MBA with at least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry. Prior experience with a niche automobile company is a plus. A candidate with prior sales experience in Delhi NCR will be given preference.You should have the ability to drive teams, with a proven track record. You must have good communication skills and should be target and profit oriented.
