- Finalization of annual operating plans detailed sales planning for Area wise / Sales promotional activities to keep product intact to competition with local and global entities.
- Benara- Brand Management and implementation across Network Partners in whole south territory.
- Feasibility study for new product introductions, test marketing, benchmarking with competitors.
- Product pricing, sales strategy, new product launches, product training for channel partners.
- Establish, develop and grow genuine spare parts and business segments like Two and three wheelers vehicles, commercial vehicles, passenger cars and tractors.
- Expansion of distribution network for the entire range of products across various segments for engine spare parts.
- Working along with the channel partners to achieve dealer and individual targets.
- Spearheaded promotion of products at workshops and after sales support to entire network i.e. Distributors, Dealers, Workshops and End users.
- Promotional activities - both Below & Above the line.
- Planning of inventory by coordinating with the Sales team as well as the logistic team & collection of outstanding from different channel partners.
- Ensure dealer/mechanic loyalty program, regional market activation, and Capability development program for sales team
