- Business Planning: Annual/Monthly Business plan which includes long and short-range plans.
- Formulation of long term and short-term regional strategy, Go to market strategy
- Annual and quarterly regional business plan delivery both top line and bottom line
- Drive Market share and distribution and network objective
- Channel wise profitability and category balance along with Key Accounts Management
- Lead and oversee Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs).
- Lead trade marketing activities for the region to drive visibility and offtakes
- People management - Build highly competent team
- Talent Management
- Cross functional working with Marketing, Product and plant team
- Setting up efficient service and spare network
- Upward Reporting - to take inputs to carry out sales and marketing related activities effectively
- Other functions- Co-ordinate with them for effective overall sales and marketing activities
- To ensure availability for reviews, and discuss implementation plans
- Dealers and spare parts distributors- Deals with them to meet sales orders on time
Qualifications
MBA with minimum 15 years of experience
Age Max 35 yrs
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
- Commercially and financially astute
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
