Job Profile : The incumbent will be responsible to look after overall business in the assigned region, directly to organise, monitor and control Area Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Trainees & MSRs to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards. The incumbent should monitor and control the budget for the Region to ensure that all financial targets are achieved in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.

He will be responsible for demand generation activities, promotional campaigns, channel partner meets thereby improving market share through penetration activity, cultivation of new channel partners and network expansion, as well as management and support of existing channels/network both Primary and Secondary Network.

To provide after sales service support in coordination with Service Team for improving customers

Qualification : Preferably an engineer MBA from Tier 2/3 campus with good academic record.

Proven work experience of 12 to 15 years in Channel Sales with good leadership skills with Excellent Communication skills ,

Should have handled team and processes like goal setting, performance management, etc. 

He should have thorough knowledge of Company products, developments in product marketing and research), Dealer Management & Competitor Analysis, Sales & Marketing Strategy, Sales & Interpersonal Skills. People and process management skills, Good time management, planning and organizing skills.
