About our Client - Our client is a leading men's apparel brand offering a complete wardrobe solution for men. Our client provides wide spectrum of offerings in men's apparel and accessories at attractive price points under a dynamic store environment. With more than 100 point of sales across all major cities, our client is looking for a Regional Manager for Western Region to drive the sales and increase the market for the brand
Job Description - Reporting to National Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the sales & service plans for the stores to meet business objectives
- Managing P&L for the region
- Identifying Gaps and take corrective action on weekly basis
- Target fixation & forecasting
- Ensuring that the sale and service process is facilitated to build the franchise and loyalty of the customer
- Ensuring that visual merchandising is of the required quality and that all fixtures are in working condition at all times
- Planning and implementing operation procedures in the store to deliver the desired level of consumer satisfaction
- Ensuring availability of relevant merchandise and Carrying out Timely stock Audits and random checks
- Reviewing sales performance of the stores over a period of time as well as in comparison to pre defined competition set
- Imparting training to store staff and equip them with skills to understand and fulfill consumer need
The Successful Candidate - You have at least 8 years of experience of working with apparel industry preferably men's apparel handling western region. You should have experience of managing company owned company operated (COCO) stores. You have excellent selling skill and has strong understanding of visual merchandising. Any experience with international brands will be an added advantage.
