About our Client - Our client is one of the largest players in the Alcohol industry. They have a global footprint and have established global brands. They are an organization that has been growing at a very fast pace both globally and in India. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for North India.
Job Description - Reporting into the head of sales, you will be responsible for- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Developing innovative sales plans to help raise brand awareness and hence drive sales.
- Understanding the dealer/ distribution network and effectively managing the relationships.
- Managing certain key accounts and increasing the amount of business per key account.
- Building and managing your team.
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA , with at least 7-9 years of total work experience. You should have good experience in sales management in consumer industries. A person from FMCG or the alcohol industry will be preferred. You should have the ability to drive teams with a proven track record of success. You must have good communication skills and should be capable of eventually embracing a multitude of potential roles.
