Looking for a candidate for the post of Regional Sales Manager - North based in NCR for a AlcoBev MNC.
Experience Required :
- A minimum of 9 years of work experience is preferred.
- Exposure to key account management in Beverage business would be an advantage.
- Experience in a consumer industry is preferable(luxury/ wines and spirits/ hospitality/ entertainment industry).
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing plans and sales strategies to ensure regional sales goals and profits.
- Prepare Sales budgets and monitor sales performance.
- Directing Sales team for all sales related activities like channel operations, distribution management of key brands in both new and existing markets.
- Managing the stock levels at distribution points, sales and financial planning .
- Maintaining account relationship within the area
- Optimize operational effectiveness and business performance
- Manage, coach and supervise the team for effective and efficient operation of the team.
- Maintain external relationships with Media, distributors and vendors
Skills required : Sales, Communication, Planning, Negotiation, Numerical and Analytical skills
