Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Seniors to establish a sales goal for the region.
- Drive implementation of local and regional strategy/initiatives
- Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals, and create both on and off-premise promotion plans.
- Educate the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings, prepare sales presentations to create product understanding/awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients and prospects.
- Identify relevant events at on-trade outlets, modern trade outlets & ensure participation.
Required Candidate profile
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Candidates from the Alcoholic Beverages preferred
- Deep understanding of value drivers in luxury goods or consumer goods industry.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical documents.
- Great attention to detail.
