The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to provide leadership to the Sales Team Regionally .
( Punjab and Haryana)
- A Target oriented person having in-depth knowledge of Markets at a Regional level, should also have a good working understanding of Financial aspects of the business so that his pricing & other decisions are well informed.
- Assist the GM in framing the Regional Budgets & Sales Targets for the company.
- A person with Exceptional Communication & Presentation skills the Regional Sales Manager needs to motivate his team as well as convince his Customers to fulfill the Sales objectives.
- Has to be a mentor and be a role model to his teams; ambitious with the ability to adapt & thrive in an increasingly competitive & challenging environment.
Qualification : Experience : Graduate / MBA Prior Experience in Agro Chemical Industry Must
Salary Offered : 8-18 LPA
