Job Description - This is a full-time hybrid Candidate will be responsible for daily tasks such as customer communication, sales, training, and distributor management for Aerial Working Platform. This role is based in the Greater Delhi Area with flexibility for some remote work.

Description:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in North India.

- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and promoting our products.

- Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and monitor competitive activity.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional strategies.

- Provide training and support to sales representatives in the region.

- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports

- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

- Develop distributor and post sales service network.

Profile:

- Communication and Customer Service skills

- Sales and Sales Management abilities

- Experience in providing training

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze sales performance and trends

- Knowledge of Aerial Working Platforms or related industry experience is a must

- Bachelor's/PG degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
