Position : Regional Sales Manager - Additives
Location : Chennai
Purpose of the Job : To handle the needs of customers in South India / Sri Lanka / Bangladesh for Additives Business.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop sales for the BU at direct customers in the Region
- Engage with customers on technical and commercial discussions through Relationship Management with all the key persons at the customers.
- Develop and motivate the Channel Partners in the Region.
- To control the receivables as per agreed terms and conditions.
- Keep close track on the Market Intelligence/Competition information and inform the BU Head timely.
Work with the BU Head to develop strategic and tactical plan for the Region by providing relevant market information.
Requirements :
Qualification : BE/BTech - Polymers/Chem Engg/Paints. OR BSc/MSc+MBA - Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry.
Skills Required :
- Candidate must have experience of sales & marketing for additives used in flame retardants/wax/inks & polymer additives.
- He should be catering to any of following industries Plastics, PVC, Engg. Plastics, Coating, Decorative coatings, protective coating, Leather market, Leather formulators.
- He must have good knowledge of south region market, global exposure will be a added advantage.
