- Responsible for steering and driving sales growth in Chennai region
- Strategizing for establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Identify market needs and trends networking with multiple stakeholders within the organization
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for each team member
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- To plan and manage territories with targets based on profitable potential and effective time and territory management
- Develop and coach talent within the Sales organization and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline
- Manage a team of 3-4 Area Sales Managers as direct Reportee and 15-18 sales team members
- International exposure preferred
