Regional Sales Lead North (Agro Chemicals Company)
We are currently retained by a well-established Agro Chemical Manufacturing company to hire Regional Sales Lead (North) who will be leading the team to achieve the sales budget for the zone, managing outstanding collections, channel sales, and executing promotional plans.
The role will also be responsible for sales forecasting, inventory management, and enhancing dealer productivity while Coordinating with the Sales teams for field activities alongside providing timely reports on market studies, competitor products, pricing, activities, and assessing their impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team to achieve sales budget for the zone/state
- Responsible for outstanding collections
- Manage channel sales and execute promotional plans
- Sales forecasting
- Inventory management
- Enhance productivity of existing dealers
- Coordinate with Sales Managers for field activities
- Provide timely reports on market studies, competitor products, prices, activities, and their effects
To fit the bill, you must have:
- Graduate/PG in Agri Science or related fields.
- 12+ years of Sales & marketing experience in Agro Chemical/FMCG/seeds
- Relevant experience in Market Development and product promotion.
- Strong inventory management skills.
