One of the leading brands across the globe, the company employs over 200,000 people in more than 100 countries. The company has a huge presence in India including the southern region, where it is one of the leading players in various categories.

Job Description - As regional sales HR manager for one category, you will be in an individual contributor role and will be responsible for:

- Driving core HR processes for a sales staff of 150+ employees spread across South India

- Partner with the business on manpower planning and own the complete staffing program covering IJPs, diversity of talent, onboarding activities etc.

- Lead the employee engagement piece and build an organisation culture by conducting organisation health surveys, managing employee communication channels among other initiatives

- Drive the capability building agenda though effective performance management processes, training initiatives and change initiatives

- Participate in the C&B program covering incentive rollouts, compensation fitment, benefits scheme etc.

- Generate and own various people process reports and analysis

The Successful Candidate - Our successful candidate must be a graduate of 2009 / 2010 batch from Tier 1 B-School / HR Institute. You must be currently working with a global FMCG firm. You are a self-starter with a hands-on approach and a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills coupled with willingness to learn and grow will be a key factor. Travel required is 5-10 days per month. * Please note, the position is strictly for candidates who are currently working with a global FMCG giant.
