Regional Sales Head / ZSM - Unsecured Business loans
JOB PURPOSE :
- Setup and manage the entire regional sales process and infrastructure for the SME lending vertical of the company
- Build regional sales strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of company policy
Principal Accountabilities :
- Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plan to steer profitability & productivity of the Region
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with teams, to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan
- Ensure productivity & sales target for each channel are met in the respective region Manage and support the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, explore new markets and allocate resources to most profitable opportunities
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovative promotion plan for the area of work
Recruit and retain high performers :
- Ensure that goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner
Skills and Qualification :
- Post Graduate preferred
- Business development, Hands-on market understanding, large team-handling skills, excellent relationship management & networking skills, conflict resolution, thinking strategically and excellent communication skills
- 10-12 years in finance industry in managing large area sales team of a top tier bank/ NBFC/ fintechs in India
