Designation - Regional Sales Head - Travel & Airlines
CTC: up to 18 lacs p.a
Role and Responsibilities -
The candidate will be responsible for various activities as listed below -
- Lead a team to achieve the company goals.
- Preparing Operations Objective, delegating business targets and regular review meetings to meeting & review regularly the business targets.
- Identify & Liaison with the Clients/ Corporate/Multinational Companies.
- Negotiating with the Service providers / hotels to maximize the profit ratio.
- Maintaining customer and supplier relationship while cultivating new ones
- Liaison with the other Channel Partners for developing the Network and to increase the sales Volume & Turnover.
- Coordinate with Regional Heads and push them towards achieving the said targets.
- Streamlining the entire process of Operations.
- Contracting & product building, plugging gaps in existing product range & adding new products based on location, target-market, theme etc.
- Handling Operations for International sale
- Maintaining and developing SOPs for smooth operations of all segments like flights, land arrangements, visa, cruises, insurance etc.
- Ensuring a wow customer experience.
- Responsible for working closely with website, marketing, content & data entry teams for international segment
- Ensuring all hygiene issues pertaining to International are taken care of, including but not limited to accuracy & quality of output on the website (both desktop & mobile)
- Future product development strategy for international- collections, themes, differentiated offerings, occasions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Any graduate or postgraduate with good knowledge of travel industry (FIT & GIT Operations) with minimum 12 - 15 years of relevant industry experience.

- Business Acumen
- Analysis and Forecasting Industry Trends
- Hands on experience in the field of FIT & GIT (Outbound - Operations)
- Need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills of Managing a team at Regional or National level.
- Negotiation Skills (Clients / Vendors)
