Regional Sales Head - Tied Agency - Insurance

Role:

Responsible for multiple Clusters/Area operations, support in building capacity and capability in individuals, ensuring the -
training requirements to the Sales Force across the Region.

- Overall responsible for ensuring all sales targets for the Region are met.

- The incumbent should also support the organization in driving key initiatives and growth.

The Person:

- Post Graduate with 10-12 years- experience in Tied Agency sales from Life Insurance industry preferred.

- Must have handled Branch Managers or Cluster Managers.

- Tamil speaking is mandatory.
