Our client a growing telecom company (Telecom Equipment) in Chennai with Pan India Operations are looking for a "Regional Sales Head - West" as below
Job Summary
The Regional Head will be responsible for the P& L of the Region and build healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients.
Job Details & Responsibilities
- The Candidate must be strictly from IT Hardware/ Industry.He must have strong experience in selling Office automation products/hardware products (current + previous experience) to Enterprise/Corporate clients
- Meeting New and Existing Corporate Clients and generating new business for selling Head Sets, specialty patch chords, security solutions and copper testers.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Pitching the products at CXO Level Audience incorporate
- Bring out the best of Region's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Identify key customer needs through sales call and meetings.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients etc.
- Communicate and cross-sell new opportunities to the existing and potential clients.
- Identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain the relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business.
- Solid experience and track record of independently closing high-value sales deals
- Well networked in the industry especially among companies in key sectors like Blue Chip Indian cos and MNCs.
- Co-ordinate with different departments in order to resolve the queries/service request of complaints of the customer.
- Meet goals and metrics Follow up with the customers for timely collections.
Desired Profile Requirements
- The candidate must be a graduate/post graduate
- Strictly between 8 to 15 years of experience in Sales to large enterprise clients (preferably from Telecom / IT (hardware)
- Should be able to manage the Region team members
- Ability to build quick rapport with multiple contacts within the client organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good track record for moving a business to the next level
- Outperforming revenue goals and enhancing overall profitability.
- The candidate should be pleasant, presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
- Team Building & Team Handling Capabilities
Preference would be given to the candidates who have strong exposure in selling any Office Automation products(High priority)
