Responsible for meeting revenue targets for the region capitalizing on business opportunities with the existing client base & through new client acquisitions for Staffing Business
Location : Bangalore
What a typical day at work would look like? :
a) Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
b) Responsible for overlooking the complete business development cycle - cold calling to collection
c) Cross-selling and Up-selling from Randstad's staffing service
d) Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework
e) Tracking new projects, sensing new changes in the market & contributing to evolving new business models
f) Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring a smooth transition of assignments
g) Gathering and analyzing data regarding market pricing and products for the business/region
h) Contributing to long term client engagement and account management
i) People management and regional responsibilities
Your Key result Areas shall be :
- New business generation, GP achievement, and collection
- Sign ups, meetings, Jobs in, Deal size
- People Management
What do you bring with you? :
Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience : Minimum 12-16 years experience in a service-related industry
Functional Skills :
Hands-on experience in sales and business development with excellent communication skills. Cross-selling/up-selling
Experience in handling a region/Centre/budgets
