Designation - Regional Sales Head Rooftops
Location: Mumbai, Kolkata
Job Profile
- Driving profitable growth for the Roof top business in the Region and ensure Market Leadership.
- Mapping out each demand cluster (industrial/ commercial/ residential) in each of the target states/ cities of the Region and developing a comprehensive market penetration plan.
- Ensuring high level of customer and dealer satisfaction in the Region.
- Tracking the activities/ strategies of competitors in the Region and formulating a suitable tactical response.
- Developing strong relationships at the senior level with all key stakeholders in the Region (Customers, Dealers and SNAs/ DISCOMS)
- Concise and timely reporting of the critical business performance parameters in the Region
Candidate Profile
- BE/ MBA with overall experience of 15-20 years out of which the last 2 years should be in a Regional sales leadership role.
- Experience in Developing and Managing Channel is a key competency required for this position.
- Sound commercial knowledge. Experience of having negotiated large contracts would be an advantage.
- Should have good analytical capability (comfort with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 55,00,000
