Job Description
- To manage sales for Personal Loan product in one of Delhi’s Region through a team of branch sales managers, relationship managers, officers and other off roll staff members.
- The role requires designing a mechanism for client segmentation on the basis of their profile and providing financial solutions based on the segmentation done using various product lines of the BANK, Maintain control on teams, cost control, productivity management, MIS control & channel development.
Responsibilities:
- Administering the Personal loan business generation vide bank branches and executing the targets set by the organization.
- Spearheading the Direct Sales Team as well as Direct sales Agencies.
- Handling the team of Sales Managers,Territory Sales managers,Direct Sales Agents and sales executives
- Shortlisting the candidates & imparting training to them with a view to build a strong sales team.
- Diversifying the sources of business generation by making strategic tie-ups with the prospective business partners.
- Coordinating various promotional activities to increase the profitability.
- Fortifying relations with the major channel partners, customers and other departments within the bank. Ensuring faster processing of files by coordinating with other departments like credit and operations, resulting in enhanced Turn around time.
- Interfacing with the clients identifying their queries & delivering them with 100% satisfaction.
- Gauging the market trend regarding the upcoming trends and opportunity for Bank. Conducting market analysis & tracking the moves of the competitors and passing timely information to the top management.
