Job Description - Reporting to the Sales Head, this role will head the Regional Sales (North/East) India for the organisation.

Our client is a globally renowned name in the FMCG industry. They are growing at a very fast pace in both, global and Indian markets. They are looking for a Regional Head East/North to manage their operations.
Description -
- Responsible for planning, strategizing, and implementing the sales plan.
- Responsible for P&L of that geography also responsible for both value and volume business.
- Augment Sales for North & East India including Delhi and work closely with marketing.
- Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Implement Sales force automation and drive decision making.
- Develop Innovative ways of developing business.
- Identifying new segment/s and converting.
- Strong math skills to crunch numbers and keep track of your region's profit.
Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in core FMCG sales.
- Education: Top Tier B School ideally from 2008-2011 batches.
- Proven record in sales in the FMCG space with a good business acumen.
- Should have very strong communication skills and leadership skills.
