Regional Sales Head - Logistics Firm

Job Description : Looking to hire the first salesperson for our client to lead the Refrigerated Sea Cargo & logistics business in the West India territory.

Client Details : Our client are one of India's first tech-enabled cross-border shipping platforms for fresh produce items, backed by one of the biggest names in the refrigerated cargo industry.

Description :

- Build the business in the West India territory from the ground up.

- Hire, manage & mentor a team of sales professionals for the territory

- Manage all inbound & outbound business for the company

- Provide clients with integrated logistics solutions

- Be a brand ambassador for the organisation in all client interaction

Profile :

- Brings on board 5-8 years of sales experience in the logistics industry

- Experience in refrigerated cargo is an add on

- Willing to extensively travel
