Role and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e., manage the overall Business Development process of sales.
- In depth sales knowledge of brand solutions and products.
- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.
- Train and mentor new joiners.
- Set up a team of high performing individuals and hone their sales skills.
- Respond strategically in customer settings, "listen" and determine client's business needs.
- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.
- Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work and deliver proposals.
- Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
- Open to travelling for business.
