Needs to balance sales across different product lines/ Business Group with a key focus on:   - Product Lines   - Sales Mix   - Profitability   - Responsible for Receivables Management   - Team Management - focus on key parameters like people development, engagement, NPS, attrition management etc.   - Channel Partner Management   - Customer Relationship Management - A very high level of customer interaction from Bottom to Top level & ensure conflict avoidance amongst various customer profile.  - Process Owner - processes that ensure continuity of business growth   - Ensuring implementation & maintenance of quality policy.  - Review of effectiveness of quality systems.  - Achieving KPI’s (Debtors Management/stocks/Consignment Stocks/ EMD’s/operational costs besides sales)
