Job Role:
Purpose of the Job
- Establish and grow the market in Mumbai Strategic Roles
- Responsible for the P & L for the entire Mumbai Region for VHF Business.
- Responsible for maximum builder tie-ups to increase business.
Operational Role
- Identify ad Hire agencies- DSA channels
- Overlook the Legal, Technical & Credit aspects in property.
- Focus and managed team especially for LAP product.
- Monitor day to day activity and overlookig the MIS related activities.
- Monitor the collections of old portfolio ad thus maintaining a profitable portfolio. .
- Recruitment, mentoring & training of tea of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Direct sales force for sourcing Home Loan business - of Affordable Housing.
- Team Building & Motivation - Recruit, train and motivate employees for target achievement and compliance with performance parameters - Lead, recruit and manage Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Direct sales force across Mumbai Region India to drive business objectives
- Tactical Roles - Maintain relations with chanel partners, colleagues
Brief Profile of Candidate:
- An aggressive sales Professional; any graduate with MBA; 10+ years of experience in Housing finance and have handled a ticket size of 10-15 lacs; consistent record of delivering results in growth, revenue, operational performance, and profitability; should have managed a near-regional role with a portfolio of Rs 50 to100 Crores
- Achieve targets on sales, Ticket Size, profit margins,managing direct sales team
- Establish and stabilize new channels of distribution (developers)and demonstrate higher depth and reach of product penetration,minimize non performing assets.
