Hiring Profile – Regional Head (Sales)
Maximojo is a software startup with a new innovative technology (Maximojo Mantras®) to help hotel to increase their revenue and room occupancy. Any hotel can use Maximojo Mantras® to increase their revenues. The initial trial runs in the U.S.A. & India have shown that hotels can increase its sales by 15-35% using Maximojo Mantras®. The software is based on cutting-edge Cloud-technology that allows a hotel to setup the system within minutes. We are driven to get a majority of India’s 80,000+ hotels (beach shacks, Homestays, Boutiques to 5-stars) to adopt Mantras as the primary platform for online distribution.
Maximojo is looking for a Regional sales heads who can achieve a target of 1000 new customer hotels over the next 12-18 months.
- Candidates should have adequate understanding of the hospitality business and have a good understanding of the Indian hospitality market. One should have a proven record of building a sales team in new territories. Maximojo’s culture is defined by a hands-on leadership style.
- The candidate will be expected to lead their teams by example. This includes training sales team members to close individual sales, as well as showing sales leaders how to plan and achieve targets. This position will be based out of Goa/Kolkata/Bangalore and will report to the head office in Pune.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on leadership
- Track record of achieving targets
- Frequent travel will natural requirement
- Candidate will need to prove ability by building the sales organization (& achieving targets) within a specific geography prior to assuming greater ownership of Target-4000.
BE + MBA from premier institute
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in trade shows (if required)
- Candidate will report directly to the CEO

- Market standard + incentives (target based)
