Regional Sales Manager - Fragrance - North
- Prepare Sales plan for the region and facilitate it's execution
- Ensure that the budgeted sales targets are met
- Develop business with new customers and develop the market for new products
- Manage Key accounts in the region in line with National/ Global strategy
- Coordinate with Sales operations for timely execution of all orders
- Ensure regular availability of material through accurate forecasts
- Manage, train and motivate agents/ distributors
- Gather market and competitive information on relevant aroma chemicals and companies
- Propose distribution strategy for the region to improve market share and service levels
- Ensure that the receivables and Tax forms are collected on time
- Responsible for developing and growing assigned set of customers to achieve business targets
- Accountable for achieving sales target on assigned responsibility as well as profitability maintenance/ improvement
- Build and maintain relationship with customers, buyers and keep abreast of trade developments, competition, emerging consumer's behaviors and trends
- Accountable for developing business in high potential accounts where we do not have any presence
- Formulate Account Plan which has to be in line with marketing and sales strategies to grow the assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively work closely with the cross-functional team to translate opportunities into actionable plans
- Monthly demand forecasting
- Implement marketing and sales programs in assigned territory to achieve business objectives
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, share products? information with the customers
- Work closely with the Fragrance Creative team in the organizing of promotional activities
