Regional Sales Head - FMCG - North/East/West

- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.

- Design and implement a strategic sales business plan in view to expand the company's customer base and product reach in the identified business areas.

- Responsibilities include Business Planning, Stock Control, S&D Strategy & Execution, Channel Management, Trade Activations, Visibility, New Product Launches, Coaching, Sales team Rewards Management

- Strong analytical skills

- Build long term strategy and bring in new capability

- Channel & Category Development.

- Drive & Sustain Top line growth

- Manage & Grow business through product innovation, channel / distributor management.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA or PGDM from Premiere B. School Minimum 7 to 12 years of work experience in handling Sales in FMCG
