The working culture is friendly with a great prospect to advance within the company. They are looking for a Regional Sales Head North to lead and develop sales strategy for North India.
Job Description : Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for :
- Deliver the region's revenue and profitability targets by maximizing on the brand equity.
- Lead the sales team and motivate them to grow distribution and volume quotas.
- Observing and managing competitor activities to grow market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategy which is in line with the overall sales plans.
- Responsible for the Region's forecasting and sales tracking.
- Build good relationships with key internal and external stake holders.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be an MBA from a premium B school with atleast 12 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector.
- An ideal candidate should have commercial and analytical mindset with proven record of success within the North Indian market.
- You should have excellent leadership skills with a good experience of managing stake holders.
