Job Roles & Responsibilities : The role is with a growing brand in the Indian FMCG sector
- Responsible for the markets of Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Horeca and Institutional Sales.
- Will be responsible for the complete P/L for the North India region which is currently pegged at 60-65 Crores.
- The individual would be responsible for Sales & marketing strategy for the region & building the Topline revenue for the organization through a team of 10 ASMs
- He would also be having a dotted line reporting for the functions of Finance, HR, Admin & other support functions.
- Develop and ensure implementation of Sales & Distribution strategies to deliver annual revenue objectives of distributive trade, modern trade and corporate sales channels within budgeted costs
- Devise plans for distributor, stockiest, super stockiest management. Lead Key account management, including building strong relationships with category managers
