Regional Sales Head – Existing Business
Job description
- Develop 1-2 year operating plans for customer-cluster in alignment with the broader sales function strategy as well as geography-level roadmap
- Drive effective customer relationship management and regular review of customer relationship status and customer strategy to identify accounts which may require changed focus in order to enhance customer share-of-wallet
- Develop C-level relations with multiple business and technology leaders within existing customer organizations in order to gauge customer experience with Nucleus as well as explore other areas of partnership
- Regularly review customer satisfaction trends – initiate necessary actions and mobilize improvements within regional sales and delivery teams to plug customer-experience gaps in order to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Engage with Pre-Sales, Delivery and Products teams at Nucleus to drive the development of business proposal contextualized to the customer requirements
- Explore possible avenues for existing customer engagement with the marketing counterpart to enhance quality of existing relationship as well as brand-recall
- Work closely with the Delivery counterpart to enhance collaboration in both the verticals by continuously identifying bottlenecks, impediments in delivering enhanced customer experience through seamless project implementation
- Scan the requirements, opportunities in the industry, region, as well as the customer-clusters to identify visible and latent requirements – initiate discussions with customers in order to generate leads convertible to active pursuits where Nucleus can partner with customer organizations
- Enhance Nucleus footprint in the customer organizations through creation of multiple channels of engagement – exploring interfaces/touch points through which members of Nucleus leadership/management can interact with relevant customer counterparts
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must have at least 15+ years of sales leadership experience
- Must possess management and functional qualification from Tier 1 business and technology schools only
- Thought leadership, analytical capabilities and networking form a strong requirement for the role to be played effectively.
- Must have a strong track record of being able to lead and deliver business results to the top and bottom line of a business, be able to influence without direct authority
- Must be influential, able to quickly establish presence at executive levels, to develop a sound and compelling vision and be results driven with a hands-on style.
Required to function effectively within Nucleus; in a strong value driven work ethos, highly collaborative working style, excellent management skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence the outcome of a business results
