Responsibilities :
- P/L Accountability Responsible for revenue targets, sales growth through newer segments and driving sales through newer channels for achieving business goals.
- Defining market segments, need fit, PR and promotions
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets. Establishing business strategies and achievement of financial objectives.
- Establishing growth strategies for various business and formats
- Configuring systems to suit the business needs of key accounts.
- Manage process change for customers
- Effectively deal with various decision makers and influencers at all levels in both organizations.
- Manage and deliver service
- Planning, Strategy & Execution of 3 Years Business plan
- Inventory & vendor management.
- Region / Product wise analysis
- Must have B2B & B2C experience
