Regional Sales Head - Education
Key roles & Responsibilities:
- 5-7 years of sales (B2B sales) total experience with proven track record of successful partnerships in Edtech industry in India, INR 3-5 crores in Annual sales contributed as an individual.
- Identifying potential partners, developing partnerships in regional market.
- To do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls with senior people in Partner organization
- On-boarding and nurturing strong relationships with partner institutions for long-term partnerships, addressing needs, providing support, and maintaining positive working relationships
- Negotiating agreements, and ensuring strong collaborations. Ensure a delightful experience with Partners/ leading to high retention & NPS
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets
- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
- Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing, pitching and closing deals.
- Ability to develop and present winning proposals to clients.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM tools to track contacts, leads, pipeline, deals and forecast.
- Experience in selling online education will be seen as a big advantage.
Must have qualities:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in Sales Management including Pipeline, Revenue Forecasting, Negotiations & Deal Closure
- Strong business acumen and B2B relationship building skills.
- Prior experience in selling professional courses will be an added advantage
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed University. Master's is seen as an added advantage.
- Experience working for a rapidly growing company strongly desired.
- Experience working with a learning/ education/ EdTech company a plus.
