Regional Sales Head - Digital AdTech Platform


Role Description : This Position is part of our business line which focuses on building digital media solutions mapped to drive revenue for publishers as well for the organization.

- We are looking for charismatic leader who lead our sales team to next level of growth challenges. Sales Head will be responsible for defining, executing, and owning the strategy required to deliver revenue goals for the Enterprise Business in India.


- The role requires you to work with company management to set strategic objectives and maintain our growth and market share among advertisers by driving new account acquisition, activation, account management and sales strategy.


- We are looking with individuals who are experienced in consultative sales ready to work hand-in- hand with their teams helping them achieve ambitious targets and partner with our clients to meet their marketing goals via Digital platform.

Key Deliverables:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies at all levels, keeping track of their marketing strategies and digital spends.

- Identifying new streams for revenue growth across markets and developing sales strategies basis current trends.

- Scaling up India business by collaborating with top agencies and advertisers and growing business volumes

- Establish key relationships with multi market teams to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities.

- Interacting with clients/agencies to discuss and identify their advertising requirements and ideating with brand strategy team to devise an approach that meets the client's brief and budget.

- Responsible for driving revenue, closing volume slabs and manage relationships with agency group.

- Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, executing marketing campaigns, and identifying business development opportunities.

- Deliver against assigned sales, receivables, and product mix targets for the region. Personally, responsible for team building actions.

- Be the face of the organization i.e., execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the organization.

- Able to ideate innovative plans / options to garner larger advertising spend from advertisers and increase market share for the company at the National level.

- Ensure Digital advertising campaigns are executed using our Product Solutions on time and to the client's requirements.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the advertising journey from customer base management.

- Creative planning and strategizing for brand's advertising solutions as per business requirements, facilitating the process of successful execution and delivery of mobile campaigns, front-ending all kind of business queries, and maintaining client & agency relationships.

- Handling new business development and onboarding brands and agencies for In-App advertising opportunities on the platform, providing innovative and creative ad formats with a good regional reach and traction.
