Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head - West India to lead and drive sales operations in the region.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring operational excellence across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.


- This role demands strategic leadership, team management, and an in-depth understanding of the consumer durables industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Drive overall sales strategy and execution for the West India region, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and enhance brand positioning in key cities and rural markets.

- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase sales volume and customer base.

- Channel & Distribution Management: Strengthen distribution networks, manage dealer relationships, and optimize supply chain efficiency.

- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across the region.

- Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience by improving service levels, addressing market needs, and ensuring product availability.

- Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, plan inventories, and ensure effective product launches.

- P&L Responsibility: Manage regional budgets, control costs, and drive profitable growth.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 18+ years in sales leadership roles within the consumer durables industry, with proven experience handling regional business volumes of - 300 Crores or more.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer durables, market dynamics, channel strategies, and customer behavior.

- Leadership Skills: Strong team management, motivation, and decision-making capabilities.

- Analytical Abilities: Excellent data analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning skills.

- Communication & Negotiation: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
