Job Description: Regional Sales Head / Business Partner

- If you own a sales track record with a minimum monthly sale of Rs. 15 lakhs+ and have the successful track record of launching new beverage/FMCG products you can join us to lead with your live contacts in your market by instantly appointing the right Super Stockists and distributors.

- You must be from Fruit Drinks/Beverages, Packaged Water and Carbonated Beverages industries.

Positions: 4 - Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Chennai (Tamilnadu), Bangalore (Karnataka), Kolkata (West Bengal)

Company Introduction:

Mahavir Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (MBPL) is a venture promoted by Ajit Group of Companies which has been engaged in Automobile, Bicycles and Petroleum Products for the last two decades. MBPL is led by IIM alumni, with a vision to provide affordable, innovative and quality international products to Indian Consumers. To begin with the company has secured the all India distribution and branding rights of “Deedo” a renowned Thai beverage brand to build and market its range of affordable, healthy and smart fruit drinks and confectionery products across the country. Going forward we will be adding more international brands in our portfolio. In the last four months of operations we have expanded across five states selling more than 1.5 million units of one single SKU. Currently we have 9 SKU’s in the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly understand the business model, products and client segments of MBPL

- As the Regional Sales Head / Business Partner you will work closely with the National Sales Head/CEO in strategizing and building the distribution network by prospecting and engaging the right channel partners like Super Stockiest and Distributors

- Develop the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan and the means to achieve it

- Achieve assigned sales targets

Experience and Skill sets:

- More than 7+ years of experience in field sales, distribution and key account management from Fruit Drinks/Beverages, Carbonated Drinks and Packaged Water industry.

- Bachelors degree required, MBA would be an advantage

- Fluency in English, Hindi and corresponding regional language is required

Models of Engagement

We operate in two models with our sales force:

- Employee Based Model: In this conventional model you are 24 X 7 engaged with us, develop a team and build the business as usual

- Business Partner Model: We encourage industry experience people to join us as business partners for specific regions and build the business as their own business and share the profit accordingly without any investments. It requires tremendous amount of dedication and entrepreneurial spirit. We engage such entrepreneurs wholeheartedly and provide them with two-three months of expenditure support.

We are a start-up organisation and looking for candidates who will be part of the founding team in scripting its One Billion INR Turnover Goal in 3 years and get amply rewarded. So you must be hungry and impatient for achieving profitable growth!
