- 8+ Years of ERP and ERP related Products Sales background
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Willing to work in a Start-up kind of environment
- Deliver to annual sales target revenues with sales in the company's core IT services portfolios, as per capacity built by the company in accordance with its strategic plans;
- Identifying business opportunities in the assigned geographical region
- Closures of business deals in that region
- Support Key account managers and account managers in closing critical business deals
- Build up and develop a performance driven sales force, build up and maintain vendor relationships in that region.
- Manage the performance of the sales team reporting to him by setting sales targets, guiding the sales process, intervening to ensure success and ensure financial numbers.
Qualification :
MBA/Btech or equivalent qualification from reputed institute with 8+ years experience in IT sales. The candidate should have Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence,etc..
Salary Offered : Min 13 LPA
