Regional Sales Head - Mumbai

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our organization as a Regional Sales Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background achieving sales targets. As a Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned region, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and leading a sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding in HRO and FAO

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the assigned region.

- Identify and target potential clients in the region, leveraging market research and industry knowledge.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Lead a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure individual and team targets are met.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.

- Monitor and track sales performance, analyzing key metrics and implementing corrective measures as needed.

- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into regional sales performance and market trends.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the BPO industry.

- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and identify new business opportunities.
