Regional Sales Head - B2C Startup-UPTO 35 LPA
- Lead the business in one of the regions (North/South/East/West/Central) across all units at a strategic and operational level.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and lead all the zonal heads/ city heads who in turn manage their own P&L operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management in sync with state and city level teams
- To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the region across the regulatory spectrum, internal stakeholders, promoters, and competition
- Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the P&L of the region
- Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company
- Responsible for planning, projection and implementation of agreed plans end to end
- To lead and engage with the human resources of the region with the responsibility for their recruitment, training, and retention
