As the Regional Sales Head for APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS products, particularly in the areas of MarTech and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. Additionally, you will oversee a team of 3-5 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the APAC region.

- Lead and motivate a team of 3-5 sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive results.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive sales opportunities and maximize account growth.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and sales trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS products and solutions.

- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape, with specific expertise in Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions.

- Previous experience managing and leading a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and negotiate complex agreements.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
