Position - Regional Sales Head (Cattle Feed)
Qualification : MBA/PG (Finance/Marketing) Tier I / Tier II colleges & institutes.
Job Role :
- Exploring new markets, managing sales operations independently.
- Establishing distribution networks and to achieve desired goals by managing a team of professionals.
- Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable for top line and bottom-line growth.
- Define and implement strategies for market penetration of Poultry feed sales.
- Market intelligence and business planning.
- Planning & scheduling individual/team assignments to achieve goals .
- Formulating strategic plans to enhance operations.
- Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
- Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
Team Management :
- Inspire, mentor, guide and monitor sales officers to achieve goals.
- Develop good relations with business partners for attaining preset sales targets.
- Impart training to new recruits and create awareness on products.
