Regional Head - Sales - Affordable Housing

Responsibilities:

- Develop Regional Strategy: Formulate and execute strategies to meet the affordable housing goals and objectives specific to your region.

- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and local regulations to identify opportunities and threats.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, government agencies, and community organizations.

- Partnerships: Forge partnerships with local and regional entities to promote affordable housing projects and finance solutions.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a regional team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

- Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of housing finance projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring financial targets and performance metrics are met.

- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with affordable housing projects.

- Adherence to Regulations: Ensure that all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing affordable housing finance.

- Policy Implementation: Implement and monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.

- Support Services: Ensure high-quality customer service and support for clients throughout the housing finance process.

- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to housing finance projects or client relations.

- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve regional processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Technology Adoption: Advocate for and implement new technologies and tools that can benefit the affordable housing finance process.
