The Role :
- Looking for a Regional Sales Head with a strong track record in sales leadership, to drive rapid revenue growth. Target clients include advertisers, creative agencies, media agencies, production companies and post-production companies.
- The Sales Head will have operational and revenue growth responsibility across Western India, with a strong focus on creating awareness across major stakeholders and securing key accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for new business in Western India.
- Direct ownership of new business pitches
- Client Servicing
Focus :
- New business; client acquisition
- Processes to improve sales effectiveness
- Sales activity and pipeline management
- Refined sales methodologies (sales propositions, life cycle)
- Managing the client sales & payment cycle.
Essential Experience :
- Sold technology based, online B2B services including SaaS
- Personal high performing sales track record
- Minimum 6 - 8 years sales experience
- Minimum 3 years managing sales people
Essential Skills :
- Natural leader and inspiration to sales teams
- Likeable, trustworthy, persuasive value and relationship builder
- Fluent written and spoken in English& Hindi
- Highly numerate
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Experience and Qualifications :
- Understanding and experience of the advertising industry
- Selling to the advertising industry
- Good university degree
- This is a - first man on the ground- opportunity, with the opportunity to hire and scale the business in line with client acquisition and customer service demands.
- An ideal candidate may be a Regional Sales Head, or Middle Management figure from a Creative or Media background, or have a track record of selling into marketing decision makers. Sales DNA is essential given the new business acquisition focus.
