We are looking for Regional sales Director( Individual contributor) for one of the renowned HR solution and technology company.
Position : Regional Sales Director
Experience : 12- 15 Years
Location : Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai
Job Role :
- Achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives in our proven, - best-in-class- HCM Business Vertical in the Western Region, based out of Mumbai.
- Develop regionally relevant and effective Sales Strategies for profitable sales growth and results.
- Recommend, obtain buy-in and implement any changes needed to align the Sales efforts with company's overall strategy.
- Track, manage and communicate sales forecasts and results.
- Determine and implement the most appropriate sales market structures to achieve revenue goals, secure new business opportunities and win customers.
- Ensure optimal coverage of named Prospect Base, deep relationships at Functional (HR) head and CXO levels and maintain a healthy closure pipeline MoM
- Advise on sales directions, competitors and market trends, including technology trends.
Experience :
- Over 12 years of proven experience in Sales with 5 years of experience in large Enterprise Sales
- Relevant experience in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Market with demonstrated sales management success in goal achievement and a vision of future sales.
- Must be able to front end large value deals and navigate effectively through the hierarchy. Confident and comfortable engaging at the Functional Head/CXO level
- Working closely with the management team, this individual will serve as an important spokesperson in advancing company's image and reputation with Key, Strategic customers in the Region.
- This individual will exhibit enthusiasm, zeal and a strong business ethics based on honesty and integrity.
