Designation : Regional Sales Director
Salary Range : 15 to 30 LPA
Location : Bangalore(will be looking after entire south)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Explore market potential & activate sales channel
- Effectively manage current business, work towards growth & effectively manage sales objectives for assigned region
- Aligning monthly numbers as per AOP, setting channel wise targets & monitoring them periodically
- Meeting revenue & margin targets
- Driving business development activities to region growth
- Analyzing sales numbers and taking corrective action on the course
- Managing City Channel Head & coordinating on trade growth
- Appointing & deploying sales team as per companies budget to ensure maximum coverage in the region
- Co-ordinates with category & achieves product objectives to keep healthy margin
- Plan, execute & control sales budget/incentives
- Liaising with Trade Marketing team to help execute trade promotion, merchandising activity & schemes resulting in SSG (Same Store Growth)
- Co-ordinates with Ops to ensure health NPS
- Initiates & improves SOP's of sales ops
- Weekly update to Management on sales trend & growth plan
- Understand what sells in trade & works with category team to launch new product line
