About our Client - Our client is one of the leading companies in production and marketing of Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. Recognized as an innovator they have been on an exponential growth path. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the achievements of annual targets.
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and increased customer base.
- Deliver enhanced contribution by driving volume of high margin VA (Value Added) Products.
- Provide marketing inputs to Business Planning team to prepare marketing plans and enable development of new products.
The Successful Candidate - You must be a University graduate with a B.E/B.Tech (Preferably Chemical Engineering) and a Management degree from a top tier B-School. You should have at least 8-12 years of sales management experience. Prior experience in OEM/Institution sales in domestic markets is a must. A person from the Chemical/ Paints/ Polymers/ Paper/ Tyre industry is preferred. You must have good communication skills.
